The success of fulfilling all aspects and expectations plus the ability of implementing pre-cast technology and top-down method have conveyed lots of project owners in various scales, both the government and private sector, who entrusted the building construction implementation to WIKA.

WIKA’s building construction business is represented by the Residential Sub-business Line and the Facility Building Sub-business line, which are supported by the Engineering Bureau in carrying out the design and build works, namely the planning up to the construction processes. This year’s completed projects include the Riau Administration Building.

Residential Sub-Business

WIKA runs residential construction services, which include the construction of apartments, condominiums, hotels, flats, and residential areas. Some projects completed are, among others, the Permata Berlian Apartment and the Belezza Apartment. This year, the Company’s work include the construction of the Paragon City Mall and Hotel in Semarang, the Adhi Wangsa Mall and Apartment in Surabaya, the Solo Paragon Mall and Apartment in Solo, and the Lucky Square in Bandung.

Facility Building Construction Sub-Business

WIKA also runs businesses in facility building construction sector by building hospitals, airports, stations, educational facilities, sport facilities, offices, shops and shopping malls, and recreation facilities. Some of the Company’s successful projects in this year include the Sahid Saherman Hospital in Jakarta and the Adi Soemamo Airport Building in Solo.
