In the energy field, especially electrical, has been an area of expertise since WIKA’s establishment in 1960. With a long history of success that has resulted array of projects implementation experiences in distribution network, from middle, high to extra high-voltage transmission network, and main relay station.

As the first Indonesian constructor to ever worked on extra high-voltage 275 KV transmission line in Asahan – North Sumatra in 1979, WIKA has also worked on diverse transmission projects through out Indonesia, from 70 KV, 150 KV, 275 KV to 500 KV voltage, using concrete poles, steel poles, and steel tower frame.

WIKA has also completed projects related to main relay station, ranging from middle-voltage for industry and PLN needs, to high voltage.

WIKA manages mechanical and electrical construction services, which include the constructions of oil and gas facilities and industrial infrastructure construction.

Oil and Gas Sub-Business

WIKA has constantly expanded its oil and gas operation especially in pipeline, tank farm, and gas terminal construction, including the construction of fuel collection station and gas processing plant. Some of WIKA’s well done projects include the Paket 14 of gasdistribution pipeline network in West Java, while the ongoing project is the Balongan-Jakarta oil-distribution pipeline project.

Industrial Facilities Sub-Business Line

WIKA has grown stronger in the industrial facilities construction sector by providing services in the industrial estates and industrial building construction, such as crude palm oil plant, bio-diesel and bio-ethanol plant, the drinking water processing plant and waste processing plant construction and factory and power plant installation. Some projects completed by WIKA include five crude palm oil (CPO), the Gresik fertilizer plant and a bio-diesel plant constructions, and nine Indocement projects. Some of the ongoing projects are the CPO plant in Malingping of West Java, and the Palimanan Cement Mill in Cirebon.
