WIKA Beton Declares 1000 Trees Planting Program
On Wednesday morning, PT Wijaya Karya Beton (WIKA Beton) held a ceremony of trees planting at the WIKA Industrial Estate in Cileungsi Bogor (13/6).
This event was the first tree planting program of a total of 1000 trees that are targeted to be realized at the end of the second quarter of 2012. The event which is aimed at re-greening the WIKA Industrial Estate attended by 60 participants consisting of Directors of WIKA holding, Directors of WIKA Beton and other management teams.
At This time, the management team plant a few productive trees such as ; sapodilla fruit, durian, rambutan, clove, rose apple, mango, ceremai, cerry and kelengkeng.
The trees planting program is expected to not only create an atmosphere around the WIKA Industrial Estate look green, but also helped the government in efforts to prevent global warming.
