Dexa Medica Organizes Benchmarking WIKA Knowledge Management System
On Tuesday morning (9/2), WIKA welcomed Dexa Group and LPPM in order to perform benchmarking aimed to identify the implementation of Knowledge Management at WIKA. Dexa Group?s representatives who were present including HR & Corp. Affairs Director Indri K. Hidayat, HR Strategist Corporate Gloria S. Haslim and its top officers. Director of HR and Development (DSP) Tonny Warsono, GM System and Business Development (GMPSU) Agung Yunanto and Manager Engineering II Nur Al Fatah greeted these respected guests.
Following the official commencement of ?Learning Organization? status by PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) President Director A Sutjipto on 18th August 2005, WIKA has to date maintained the reliable knowledge management (KM) system. This is evident by the fact that a range of national institutions and organizations have categorized WIKA as exceptionally good at implementing KM, and that a growing number of companies have performed benchmarking on WIKA ?including Dexa Medica.
DSP commenced the gathering by presenting WIKA?s company profile and elaborating his role in developing WIKA?s professional human resources that is based on ?Talent Management?. Detail explanation of Knowledge Management application was comprehensively given by Agung Yunanto. He stated that the implementation of KM at WIKA during the years has made significant progress in improving individual?s performance including both hard and soft competence.
In addition to briefly presenting company profile and performance at the meeting, Dexa Medica also exposed comparative study on company?s knowledge management.
