On the first stage, enlargement of Prasetya Mulya Campus is above location of 1,4 hectare. Campus Development started at February 2006 and estimated to finish on September 2006.Architectural design Prasetya Mulya Campus referred to modern minimalist concept which buildings were made like block composition, exactly match to needs and functionally effective and also easy in use.
One thing to consider in the campus development is that to pay more attention to multifunctional usage of its activity compartments to use both day and night, without enlarging more spaces. So that it is necessary to build an intermediary space in order students not to focus on one place only during day to night change. It results solution that the roof used as the intermediary space and green area as well. It actualizes that campus as a learning zone within natural surroundings since all functions stand near to garden or now called green building.
