The civil construction SBU consists of: road and bridge, irrigation, transportation infrastructure, and manpower. Currently, the Civil Construction SBU is not purely a contractor, but an adequate support Engineering Team that has carried out Design and Built works starting from the planning process to construction. The projects that it carried out included: the Cilacap Steam-powered Power Plant (PLTU) Coal Jetty, the Laut Island Wood Chip Jetty, the Manggarai Flood Canal Removable Trashrack. [ detail]

The Building Construction SBU is by law a separate subsidiary, however in implementation it is, due to the recognition given to the Company’s working experience, still in a transition period under the administration of the WIKA holding company. The Building Construction SBU at WIKA comprising the Residential Building Sub-Business and the Facilities Building Sub-Business, backed by its engineering skills, has carried out design and build works, namely from the planning process till the construction process. The Industrial Plant, Oil and Gas Sub -Business consists of sub units of mechanical-electrical construction services which include the constructions of oil and gas facilities, industrial infrastructure and steel fabrication. [ detail]

The Energy SBU carry out business in the field of EPC based construction which is integrated with the scope of work starting from basic engineering design, process engineering design, procurement related to equipment and construction or the construction of planned projects, is currently still limited to EPC Power Plant, whether it is civil construction or the EPC of a Power Plant. Several projects that were and are being carried out related to power plant include:
• Power Plant Civil Construction: PLTU Labuhan Angin, PLTU Labuan, PLTU, Pelabuhan Ratu, PLTG Muara Karang, PLTGU Tanjung Priok and PLTU Pacitan.
• EPC Power Plant: PLTU Amurang 2x25 MW, IPP PLTD Bali 50 MW, IPP Geothermal Electricity Generator 50 MW, PLTU Asam- Asam 2x65 MW South Kalimantan PLTU Cilacap 2x300 MW, Jawa Tengah 2x300 MW. [ detail]
