The civil construction Sub Business Unit (SBU) consists of: road and bridge, irrigation, transportation infrastructure, and manpower. Currently, the Civil Construction SBU is not purely a contractor, but an adequate support Engineering Team that has carried out Design and Built works starting from the planning process to construction.
The projects that it carried out included: the Cilacap Steam-powered Power Plant (PLTU) Coal Jetty, the Laut Island Wood Chip Jetty, the Manggarai Flood Canal Removable Trashrack.
Road, Toll Road and Bridge Sub-Business
The road, toll road and bridge construction sub-business line covers: the constructions of roads, toll roads and railways, including the construction of flyovers and underpasses. In this business line, WIKA successfully completed various large-scale and high technology projects, which include among others:
Sudirman Flyover in 1993 and KS Tubun Flyover in 1996 by using Incremental Launching Method (ILM) technology.
Pasupati Bandung Fly Over, the longest flyover in Indonesia in 2005 by using Cable Stayed
Cikubang-Tol Cipularang West Java Fly Over, a bridge with the tallest pillars in Indonesia in 2005

Irrigation Sub-Business
The irrigation sub-business covers: the construction of basic irrigation infrastructure and facilities, which include dams, irrigation channels, provision of water supplies, clear water processing facilities, and flood control infrastructure. WIKA successfully completed some projects in this sector, including:
The Klambu Movable Dam Barrage in 1991 and the SerayuMovable Dam in Central Java in 1995, and the WonorejoReservoir in Tulungagung, East Java, in 1998.
In 2009, WIKA has and is carrying out several projectsincluding: the East Flood Canal, Normalisation of Ciliwung-Cisadane River, Jakarta, Normalisation of Bengawan Solo River, Gonggang Dam, Kedung Brubus Dam, Lodan Dam, Central Java, Amandit Dam in South Kalimantan, Floor Control Development in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and Jatigede Dam in Sumedang, West Java.
Transportation Infrastructure Sub-Business
The transportation infrastructure sub business, covers various services to construct the land, sea and air transportation infrastructures, such as airport, seaport, including jetty and container terminals, and train stations. Projects that were successfully completed include:
Container Terminal and Car Terminal in Tanjung Priok.
The Depok Train Depot and the Yogyakarta-Kroya Double Track.

The Building Construction SBU is by law a separate
subsidiary, however in implementation it is, due to the
recognition given to the Company’s working experience, still
in a transition period under the administration of the WIKA
holding company. The Building Construction SBU at WIKA
comprising the Residential Building Sub-Business and the
Facilities Building Sub-Business, backed by its engineering
skills, has carried out design and build works, namely from
the planning process till the construction process.

The Industrial Plant, Oil and Gas Sub -Business consists of sub
units of mechanical-electrical construction services which
include the constructions of oil and gas facilities, industrial
infrastructure and steel fabrication.

The Energy SBU carry out business in the field of EPC based
construction which is integrated with the scope of work
starting from basic engineering design, process engineering
design, procurement related to equipment and construction or
the construction of planned projects, is currently still limited to
EPC Power Plant, whether it is civil construction or the EPC of a
Power Plant. Several projects that were and are being carried
out related to power plant include:

Ratu, PLTG Muara Karang, PLTGU Tanjung Priok and PLTU
Pacitan.
• EPC Power Plant:

Geothermal Electricity Generator 50 MW, PLTU Asam-
Asam 2x65 MW South Kalimantan
PLTU Cilacap 2x300 MW, Jawa Tengah
2x300 MW.
