WIKA Achieves “The Best Implementation of Integrated Management System”

Sucofindo International Certification Services (SICS) as one of the business units of PT Sucofindo (Persero) hold Customer Gathering “Spirit of Sustainability” and Sucofindo Annual Awarding at Bidakara, Jakarta, Thursday (2/5).

PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) was emerged as the winner of The Best Implementation of Integrated Management System – Public Service Organization category. SICS assessed WIKA should be appreciated on the basis of the development of management systems and the effectiveness of sustainability programs. In further research which conducted by SICS, WIKA was be able to full fil the nine criterias that to be assessment contributory factors, namely: commitment of top leaders on the implementation and development of management systems, understanding and awareness of employees on management systems in the organization, the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, effectiveness and responsiveness of complaint handling, the success of the achievement of objectives, targets and programs.

The 7th-9th points that to be assessment criteria are the effectiveness of internal audit (including the availability of an internal audit team, internal audit team competence and effectiveness of the follow-up of audit result), compliance of rules & requirements as well as respond to complaints / fatality accident / environment damage / safety interference.
