Emphasis on long-term career prospects and performance-based culture, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA), Global Astra International and  AXA Insurance Indonesia became the winner of Best Employers at this year, the award was given by the chief executive of Aon Hewitt Consulting for Asia Pacific Edouard Merette at the InterContinental Hotel, Jakarta (20/06).

The Best Employers Companies were chosen based on a survey conducted by Aon Hewitt surveyed 140,000 employees working in more than 800 organizations in 11 countries in Asia-Pacific. Particularly in Indonesia, the interview was also conducted to the CEOs of 12 nominated companies.

“We launch the Best Employers study in 2001 to explore three important questions,” said Edouard Merette, “How organizations create competitive advantage do through human resources, what makes it a great place to work and who the Best Employers are in Asia.” Add Edouard Merette.

WIKA has 1400 engineers who nurtured their talent by providing scholarships and training program. Each year, not less than 10 billion dollars budgeted for the program.
