The client’s trust is not separated to WIKA’s commitment in maintaining the trust in providing good qualities and safely guaranteed products; including the products related to the engineering, procurement and construction activities carried out by the Company.
It is important for us to always be aware on our client’s level of satisfaction. Thus, the Company regularly conducts surveys to be aware with the satisfaction levels of customers or the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The outcome of the survey has been written in the form of a CSI Internal Report. In the 2012 survey, it shows that the client’s satisfaction level is 3.5 (out of 4), which means that it approaches the level of very satisfied. The score represents 4 assessed criteria: quality, time, K3L and service.
