PT Marga Nujyasumo Agung (MNA) is a joint venture between WIKA (20%), PT Jasa Marga (55%), and PT Moeladi (25%). This joint venture was established in 1995 and later restructured in 2009. This Company engages in project implementations, from construction, operation to maintenance of the 36.72 km Surabaya-Mojokerto toll road, which is part of the Trans Java Toll Road.
