PT Wijaya Karya Jabar Power (WIKA Jabar Power) was established pursuant to the Notarial Deed by A.Budy Priahastyanti Surjaningsih, SH dated 16 July 2009, while its operations started only after the holding of its GMS on 6 November 2009. The Company holds 55 percent shares of WIKA Jabar Powe, PT Jasa Sarana holds 40 percent and PT Resources Jaya Teknik Management Indonesia holds 5 percent.

WIKA Jabar Power’s vision is to become the best geothermal electric power producer in 2020. In line with WIKA Jabar Power’s mission to provide quality and added value products, to satisfy its customers, stakeholders, subcontractors and the community at large, and to provide the best services through efficiency, awareness of the environment and the use of cutting-edge technology.

The primary activities of WIKA Jabar Power is divided into two parts, namely:

1. In the upstream end of the Gunung Tampomas Geothermal mining, covering: exploration, feasibility study, and exploitation.
2. In the downstream end of Geothermal Power Generator covering: the development and establishment of power plants, operations and maintenance, and development of PLTP and all of its infrastructure.
