PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) has recorded an increase in new contract acquisitions up to June 2024, with the company securing contracts worth Rp10.25 trillion in the first half of this year.
The largest contribution to these new contracts came from the industrial segment, followed by infrastructure, buildings, EPC projects, and property.
In terms of client composition, most projects came from the state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and government sectors, with a payment scheme based on monthly progress payments.
WIKA’s President Director, Agung Budi Waskito (BW), stated that WIKA continuously strives to increase the company’s revenue, particularly from potential sectors that are WIKA’s mainstays.
"We believe that with our capabilities and the quality of our work, supported by the trust of our stakeholders, WIKA's business will continue to grow and develop by targeting various potential projects, especially in the EPC sector where WIKA has an excellent portfolio," said Agung BW.
