FHCI, Human capital Development Media between State Owned Enterprises
Stimulated by the spirit of changing to make human resources development in the State Owned Enterprises (SOE) environment, as many as 139 SOE presented meeting with Ministry of SOE Sofyan Djalil and his subordinates at Indonesia Power Building Jakarta (13/06).
In that chance, Human Resources Director and Development PT Wijaya Karta (WIKA) Tonny Warsono directly as Vice Chairman of FHCI outlined Business Excellence Performance Model which covers leadership business & strategic planning, consumer focus & market target, employee learning and motivation, working system, employee wealthy & satisfaction, management process and data information & knowledge management.
Added by, the seven criterions have implemented by BUMN Executive Club (BEC) in the form of Indonesian Quality Award which have two years distributed by Ministry of SOE and has followed by twenty percents company. “This measurement is the world measurement in the form of Malcom Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence”Said T. Warsono in his presentation.
This meeting is the form of effort Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) gained supports and blest from government especially SOE Ministry, this meeting as the media of brainstorming and giving positive inputs for SOE performance.
This FHCI was formed after some representatives of SOE made coordination meeting (Rakor/rapat koordination) in Sanur, Bali on November 12-14, 2006. This forum is aimed as communication media between director of human resources, ministry media of SOE discussing strategic thinking human capital, road map & implementation and standardization aspect management human capital.
