Solo Paragon Apartment is Complete in 2010

PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Tbk targeted to complete construction of the highest apartment in Solo, that is Solo Paragon, on March 2010.

At the present time, the construction of that apartment has already entered finishing of structure phase.

“We are really concern on quality and timely delivery and always try to fulfill finishing target which trusted by owner. It is one of high rise building project which has special value because it is the highest building in Central Java and we commit to give the best performance for Province of Central Java.” Said WIKA’s corporate Secretary in Jakarta.

According to Natal, in that project, scopes of WIKA’s works are structure, mechanical electrical, and finishing for all construction of resort apartment, city walk and lifestyle mall which on that location. The project of Paragon Solo which located in strategic area with three entering access is owned by Gapura Prima Group.

As information, This Solo Paragon Apartment is mixed used complex or integrated area which provides any kind of facilities in one area. The project is built on the land with width 4,1 hectare and become the biggest integrated area in Central Java
