WIKA Enters in LQ45 Index
PT Wijaya Karya (persero) Tbk (listed company code: WIKA) enters in LQ45 index (blue chips) from February 2 to July 31, 2009.
According to Head Trading Division of BEI Irmawati said that the 10 listed companies are PT Adaro Energi Tbk, PT Elnusa Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya Tbk, PT Barito Pacific Tbk, PT Bayan Resources Tbk, PT Indika Energy Tbk, PT Indocement Tungal Prakasa Tbk, PT Jasa Marga Tbk, PT kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.
She explained that LQ45 index consists of 45 listed companies that have high liquidity and high market capitalizations. Total of listed company’s shares transaction are considered averagely for last 12 months included frequency and market capitalization. Beside that, prospect of listed company’s growth is good enough fundamentally, those listed companies’s shares will be reviewed once in 6 months.
At the closing trading on last Friday (30/1), WIKA’s share was closed on IDR 205 with the highest price was IDR 210 and the lowest price is IDR 205. The value total in amount of IDR 183.170.000 and total of trading frequency was 65 times.
