WIKA Supports The Development of Indonesian Human Capital
The Forum of Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) together with The Excellence Forum BUMN held a seminar “Leveraging Human Capital for Business Performance” officially opened by the BUMN Minister Sofyan Djalil. In the event held in Sultan Hotel Jakarta, the human resources of the BUMN are present (1/11).
As one of the pioneers of the FHCI establishment, The Human Resource Director of PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Tonny Warsono along with the other FHCI members created the seminar with the objectives of trying to comprehend the sophisticated approaches & increasing the business senses through the Human Capital Strategy, to comprehend the systematic approaches of the Human Capital Development and to increase the advantages of BUMN.
FHCI invited human capital expert, Jon Ingham and the business expert, Mark G. Brown from USA, to explain strategic human capital management as a breakthrough to support excellent performance and strategic building organizational excellence with implementing Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE).
MBCfPE itself is the measurement of the worldwide level-company performance which is including the leadership, the strategic planning, the customer and market focus, The measurement, analysis & knowledge management, human resource focus, process management and result.
The FHCI was established after several representatives of BUMN conducted the BUMN coordination meeting (Rakor) in Sanur, Bali on November 12th-14th 2006. The forum’s objective was to be communication means among the human resource directors, the facility for the BUMN ministry to discuss the strategic thoughts of the human capital BUMN, the road map & the implementations, and the human capital aspect standardizations.
