PROVISION OF CHANGE AGENT MILLENNIALS

Hello WIKA People! Introducing Change Agent Millennials (CAM) for 2022 who are determined to become Agents of Change to carry out cultural innovation programs in their respective Work Units. Precisely on July 26-27 2022 at the WIKASATRIAN Leadership Center, WIKA in collaboration with HR Excellency Consultants has held a Change Agent Millennials Training program which discusses Organizational Change, Team Change, Personal Change and Change Project which is a program that will be implemented for 3 months . It is hoped that the CAM program will spark creativity, problem solving abilities and opportunities to develop based on AKHLAK values.
