“TO BE YOUNG CEO” SHARING SESSION

On Friday, June 24 2022 at the WIKA Tower 2 Building, a Sharing Session entitled "To be Young CEO" was held. This activity was attended by Plt. Director of Human Capital and Development (Mrs. Ayu Widya Kiswari), as well as speakers Director of Finance and Risk Management (Mr. Adityo Kusumo) and Director of Digital and Information Technology of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (Mr. Arga M. Nugraha). This activity is one of a series of the "Talent Accelerated Leader" Young Leader Development Program which aims to be a means of Transferring Knowledge from Young BOD by providing inspiration for Millennials at WIKA to be ready and confident to become Top Management and ready to face various challenges in the future .
