Indonesian citizen who was born in Surakarta, April 5, 1974, Hananto Aji earned his Bachelor's degree at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta majoring in Civil Engineering in 1997. After graduating, Hananto Aji joined WIKA.

During more than 20 years career at WIKA, so many works are included in Aji's portfolio from staff to project manager level. Aji is known to be reliable in terms of pier building construction, as evidenced by his role as Project Manager in the construction of the Central Kalimantan Sampit Pier and the Container Pier at the Port of Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan, Teluk Lamong Pier in East Java. In 2017, Aji was then entrusted as the Manager of the 5th Division of DSU 3 and continued as General Manager of Business Synergy in 2019. Based on the AGM for Fiscal Year 2019, Aji was then appointed as WIKA's Operations Director I. He was appointed as Operations Director 1 of PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk. through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 8, 2020. Previously he served as General Manager of the WIKA Business Synergy Department since 2019, Division 5 Manager of the General Civil Department 3 in the same company in the 2017-2019 period and Manager of the Division 2 Corporate Division Ministry of Civil Affairs 1 in 2015.
