Born in Surabaya, October 18, 1970, Harum Akhmad Zuhdi earned his Bachelor's degree at the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology majoring in Civil Engineering in 1994. Early in his career at WIKA, Harum was trusted to be part of a number of projects including the Grati Pasuruan PLTGU project in East Java and the Kalibumi Bendung project .

After working on General Civil Department, Harum was then appointed to work in the field of Energy. Harum was later trusted as Deputy Project Manager for PLTU 2 Banten and PLTU 2 North Sulawesi 2X25 MW. The completion of the construction of the 2x10 MW Ketapang PLTU, West Kalimantan is inseparable from the intervention of Harum who acts as a Project Manager. In 2017, Harum served as Division Manager in the Department of Power Plant & Energy (DPE), continuing as Deputy General Manager in 2018 and a year after that assumed the task of DPE General Manager for the 2019 Fiscal Year then gave Harum a mandate as Director of Operations II .
