Indonesian citizen, Fafan Khoirul Fanani was born in Pasuruan on March 31, 1973. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Indonesia in 2003, after previously earning a Master of Civil Engineering degree from Brunel University London in 1997. With a strong academic background, Fafan built his professional career at PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk and is recognized as a competent figure in the fields of risk management and legal affairs.

During his career at WIKA, Fafan served as Senior Vice President of the Risk Management Division (2020–2024) and was later appointed as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners at PT Wijaya Karya Industri dan Konstruksi from 2023 to 2024. In 2024, he was appointed as Director of Operations at PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi. Now, through a decision by the General Meeting of Shareholders, Fafan has officially assumed the role of Director of Risk Management & Legal at PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk.
