Indonesian Citizen who was born in Malang, October 18^th 1976. He earned Civil Engineering Degree from Brawijaya University, Malang in 2001 and earned a Master in Management at Binus Business School in 2014.

His career at WIKA started in 2003 at the General Civil Department 3 and continued the General Civil Department 2 in 2008, then continued his career at the Department of Foreign Affairs since 2009. Mahendra's last position was the Area 1 Overseas Operations Division Manager, Overseas Department.
