PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) was again awarded as an “Informative” Public Agency at the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of Public Information Disclosure (KIP) held by the Central Information Commission at Movenpick Hotel, Central Jakarta on Tuesday (17/12). The award is handed over by the Chairman of the Central Information Commission, Donny Yoesgiantoro to Sumadi as WIKA's Director of Risk Management & Legal.
The 2024 Public Information Disclosure Award (KIP) is the result of monitoring and evaluation carried out by the Central Information Commission as part of an effort to advance public information disclosure policies in all Public Bodies.
Donny Yoesgiantoro expressed his appreciation to public bodies that have shown a strong commitment in realizing information transparency. “I express my appreciation to public agencies that have committed to realizing information transparency. Hopefully this informative public body can be a trigger for other public bodies to continue to improve information services to the community,” said Donny.
WIKA established the PPID structure in 2016. After this formation, PPID WIKA consistently implements and improves public information service policies. Improvements are made by strengthening internal systems through digitization, periodic monitoring and evaluation, and continuing to innovate to continue to accelerate the fulfillment time of public information through WIKA PPID services.
Sumadi expressed his appreciation for the guidance, trust and support provided by the Central Information Commission during the implementation process to monitoring and evaluation. This makes WIKA again trusted as an “Informative” Public Agency for 3 consecutive years, after previously successfully holding the same qualifications in 2022 and 2023.
“For us, this award not only explains good governance practices and public information disclosure, but also encourages us to continue to provide the best EPCC construction services that provide broad and sustainable benefits to the community,” said Sumadi.
