PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) has been entrusted by the Ministry of PUPR to build the Cibubur Youth Elite Sport Center (CYESC) in Ciracas, Jakarta. With a project value of Rp249 billion, WIKA will build new sports facilities and renovate existing facilities.
The project is built as a form of government support for the readiness of athletes who will compete in the Olympics. CYESC will be a training center for a number of sports, including archery, rock climbing, swimming, gymnastics, and other branches.
For WIKA's President Director, Agung Budi Waskito (BW), the acquisition of the CYESC contract is an opportunity for WIKA to contribute to the improvement of sports facilities in the country.
"WIKA is committed to carrying out the CYESC project according to the agreed target so that it can support the readiness of athletes in a more optimal way," continued Agung Budi Waskito.
