PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) dan Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk jalin kerjasama
T Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk have established a People Development Program cooperation marked by the signing of an MoU by WIKA's Human Capital Management Director Hadjar Seti Adji and Bank Mandiri's Senior Vice President Human Capital Strategy and Talent Management Steven Augustino Yudiyantho on Thursday (20/07).
The program, initiated by WIKA and Bank Mandiri's Human Capital, is a platform for experience-based Human Resource development, one of which is Talent Swap. The Talent Swap program can also be a strategic step for knowledge transfer from talents across businesses due to differences in business lines and company culture, which can strengthen the foundation of WIKA and Bank Mandiri to produce quality talents in their respective companies.
WIKA's Human Capital Management Director, Hadjar Seti Adji, said that this Talent Development program will provide significant benefits for the Human Capital of both state-owned enterprises, especially since WIKA and Bank Mandiri both have a strong commitment to competency development and have proven to be successful in producing quality talents.
"This program also opens up opportunities for potential employees to work in different organizational environments, broaden their knowledge, and develop cross-industry skills during the 6-month exchange period," said Director of Human Capital Management Hadjar Seti Adji.
The Talent Development process will also be supported by additional training, guidance, and periodic monitoring to ensure the success and optimization of the benefits of this program. It is hoped that in the future, the Talent Swap program will be able to provide sustainable competency development and bring improvements to each of their work units.
