PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) received an award also an appreciation for Blood Donation activities by the Indonesian Red Cross Indonesia (PMI). The award charter was symbolically handed over by Dr Merry Chris Sinaga and received by WIKA President Director, Agung Budi Waskito, at WIKA Tower I on Tuesday (7/3).
The Blood Donation event which is held regularly is also organised as a series of activities in welcoming the WIKA's 63rd anniversary. The event was attended by WIKA President Director, Agung Budi Waskito, WIKA Director of Operations I, Hananto Aji, Director of Finance and Risk Management, Adityo Kusumo, and Director of Human Capital and Development, Hadjar Seti Adji.
The activity, which has been carried out regularly in the last 5 years, also received appreciation from the Indonesian Red Cross, for its commitment which has been proven since 2017-2022 to successfully obtain as many as 2,942 blood bags which bring benefits, especially for our brothers and sisters out there in need. WIKA President Director, Agung Budi Waskito expressed his gratitude as well as appreciation to all donors who attended the blood donation activity this morning, for their concern in helping the role of PMI.
"This award is an appreciation of the humanitarian values that have been raised and realised by Insan WIKA, Hopefully there will be more Insan WIKA who will play a role as heroes for PMI in the future," he stated.
