PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk held an affordable food market as part of the 2024 SOE Ramadan Safari together with PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PTPP) and PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk in IKN, East Kalimantan, on Tuesday (27/3).
The affordable food market provided 1,000 packages consisting of rice, sugar, and cooking oil sold for Rp 50,000. Buyers also gained access to a variety of culinary delights, especially takjil, which were sold by local UMKM fostered by SOEs.
WIKA Corporate Secretary, Mahendra Vijaya, said that this TJSL activity was an initiative of the Ministry of SOEs supported by SOEs as a form of concern for the community, especially to meet their living needs in welcoming Eid al-Fitr.
In addition to IKN, the SOE Ramadan Safari was also held by other SOEs in various regions in Indonesia. Meanwhile, WIKA's Ramadan social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) activities will continue with the distribution of food packages to the community in East Jakarta and Mudik Bersama.
