Jakarta - PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) held a Blood Donation event with the theme "Be The One Who Saves a Life" together with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), which took place at WIKA Tower I, on Tuesday (12/9).
The Blood Donation event is a real manifestation of the Company's support in fulfilling the need for blood bags by PMI. This collaboration between WIKA and PMI succeeded in collecting 180 blood bags from donors.
This blood donation activity is the second time it has been held in 2023. As a regular agenda, this activity has always been able to attract a large number of participants. One of them is Indarmaji, an employee of the Company who regularly participates in the blood donation program because he understands the benefits of the activity.
"This is one way to help others and ourselves at the same time. I regularly participate because I feel more fit and healthy afterwards. I hope this activity can continue to be carried out because the benefits are not only felt by donors, but also provide hope for those who need it," said Indarmaji.
