Bogor - The Ministry of SOEs together with PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) is also participated to liven up the SOE Safari Ramadhan 2023 activities at WIKAsatrian, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Thursday (30/3). On Safari Ramadhan, there are Cheap Sembako as many as 1000 basic food packages worth Rp115 thousand which are redeemed at a price of Rp20 thousand.
In addition to the deployment of basic necessities, Safari Ramadhan activities are also livened up by the excitement of the UMKM Bazaar, which consists of 10 PNM-assisted and 10 WIKA-assisted selling various kinds of takjil. The joy of the event was also filled by several people who registered as participants in the Mudik with BUMN agenda, which will be depart simultaneously on 18 April. The proceeds from the cheap groceries were then used as compensation for 150 recipients consisting of orphans and elderly widows.
"This series of Safari Ramadhan events is a form of commitment, both from the ministry of SOEs and WIKA to try to ease the burden on society and get a little more helped, this activity reflects the spirit of SOEs to further move Indonesian society forward," said Mahendra Vijaya, Corporate Secretary of WIKA in his speech.
Becoming an annual agenda, Safari Ramadhan SOE 2023 is held by covering 27 points in 14 cities / regencies in Jabodetabek, also 21 locations in the Kalimantan region with each location in Kalimantan with 13 cities/districts in East Kalimantan and 8 cities/districts in South Kalimantan, starting from 29 March - 14 April.
