PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) together with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) held a routine blood donation at the WIKA Multipurpose Room Tower I Jakarta, on Wednesday (7/9). Carrying the theme "Be the one who saves a life". This activity aims to help fulfill the supply of blood bags for those in need.
The Blood Donation event was attended by 233 participants including WIKA's Director of Finance and Risk Management, Adityo Kusumo and WIKA's Director of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, Ayu Widya Kiswari and witnessed by WIKA's Director of Human and Capital, Hadjar Seti Adji.
This blood donation activity was held for the second time in 2022 by collecting as many as 196 blood bags. The process that needs to be passed by prospective donors is to fill out an informed consent and self-assessment which will then be followed by a screening process to ensure the eligibility of blood donors.
