Groundbreaking Ceremony of PT Yodya Karya (Persero) officially held Today (3/2) at Jl. D.I. Panjaitan Kav. 8, East Jakarta. Building Construction that consisting of 3 basement floors and 15 vertical floors will be built by PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk. (WIKA).
The event which was held right at the former office of Yodya Karya was attended by Finance Director of WIKA, Adji Firmantoro, Human Capital Director of WIKA, Yusmar Anggadinata, The Commissioners and Directors of PT Yodya Karya (Persero), and Management of Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. which represented by representative of BTN Cawang Main Branch.
In his speech, Director of Human Capital, Yusmar Anggadinata appreciates this groundbreaking ceremony for Head Office of PT Yodya Karya (Persero), “WIKA stated its commitment about quality and time based on contract and spesification, and ready to cooperate with Team Leader and Project Management of PT Yodya Karya Head Office’s development” said him.
The construction of this PT Yodya Karya’s (Persero) Head Office worth Rp130,5 Billions have been planning for 426 days of work calendar (January 2016 – March 2017) with maintenance period about 180 days of work calendar after the first handover. As for WIKA’ s scope of work consists of: preparation, structure, architecture including finishing, mechanical electrical (M/E), and landscape.
