Menara Nusa Building handing-over
The well-built Menara Nusa Building in Kuningan area, South Jakarta was recently authorized by the National Development Plan State Minister/Head of the National Development Board (Bapenas) H. Paskah Suzzeta, Thursday (20/4). The development of Menara Nusa building by PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) marks the first co-development of building by government and private sector, i.e. PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama and Bapenas.
The signing of official and handing-over report of the Bakrie Group’s building was carried out by the State Minister H. Paskah Suzzeta and President Director PT. Bakrie Swasakti Utama Ir. Sri Hascaryo at 09.00 in Menara Nusa building, witnessed by Bapenas Secretary General and PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama Board of Commissioner.
In his remark, the Minister/Head of Bapenas congratulated and delivered the highest appreciation to WIKA on the successful construction and punctual completion of the building. He also praised PT Bakrie for its good team work. The building project initiates the cooperation between government and private sector in the effort to boost national economy and taxation sector. The said cooperation is that Bapenas as the land owner has appointed PT bakrie as the holder of the concession right of building management for the following years. In addition, 3 floors in the Menara Nusa Building were allocated for Bapenas.
According to Project Manager Heriawan Budi Sulistya, ST., WIKA has gained trust to accomplish all project details, ranging from structure project, architecture, mechanical and electrical to plumbing, genset elevator and voltage regulator. That means WIKA is fully trusted as the main contractor to develop this 18-floor office building.
