Director of Operation I (DOP I), Agung Budi Waskito successfully brought the torch in 2018 Asian Games Torch Relay at Purwakarta, Friday (10/8) Appearing as Torch Bearer, WIKA's DOP I, Agung Budi Waskito was also accompanied by the Director of QSHE WIKA, Danu Prijambodo who was the Leader of 50 Torch Supporters from the Board of Directors, WIKA Group Management and WIKA Runners. WIKA’s part in this Torch Relay is the last point of the torch relay that circulates around Purwakarta and ends at Sri Baduga Water Fountain Park, Situ Buleud.
In this event, WIKA Group also had the opportunity to give Sports Equipment for one of junior high school in Purwakarta, SMPN 8 Purwakarta as a form of WIKA's Support to the Nation's Child Education, followed by Releasing 1 Ton of Fishes to Situ Buleud (Sri Baduga Water Fountain Park) as part of Conservation for Situ Buleud Ecosystem. WIKA also had Zumba with 500 Purwakarta Residents and Playing Angklung Musical Instruments with 500 Purwakarta’s Junior High School Students as a form of WIKA's support for a Healthy and Creative Life.
