WIKA Built Jati Gede Dam Together with Sinohydro Corp.
Together with Sinohydro Corp (Chinnesse contractor company), PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA), PT Hutama Karya (HK), PT Waskita Karya and PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) which were joined in a consortium will build Jati Gede Dam in Sumedang West Java.
The plan is written in Memorandum of Understanding which signed together by the representatives of Sinohydro Corp, Mr. Fanyun Long with Departement of Publik Works which is represented by Head of Cimanuk River Area (Sumedang-West Java) Graito Sutadi and Yahya Sumantri as Commitment Maker Official of Jati Gede Dam Construction at the office of Department of Public Works Jakarta (30/4).
This USD 239,5 million Project will be started on June 2007 and targeted to be completed in 2012. According to Dirjen Sumber Daya Air Siswoko, besides supporting the irigation system, this dam will be used for Power Plant 110 MW which it’s work will be awarded by PLN
