WIKA continued to extend its cooperation with Japanese construction company KAJIMA Corporation (KAJIMA) to continue to develop WIKA Engineering and Research Institute (WERI).
It is marked by the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the extension of the two companies in WIKA Tower 2, on Wednesday (18/7)
The signing was conducted by the Director of WIKA, Tumiyana and Vice President of KAJIMA, Masayasu Kayano and attended also by Director of operations 3 WIKA, Destiawan Soewardjono as well as the ranks of management of both companies.
The cooperation of WIKA - KAJIMA for WERI is a continuation of similar cooperation which has been started since July 2017.
Since its formation, WERI has been actively role in doing the adoption of cutting-edge technology from Kajima Technical Research Institute (KaTRI), i.e. the utilization technology of surveying, concrete materials technology, environmental technology, energy and others. In addition, WERI also began to act as media consulting engineering in an effort to achieve internal optimization and efficiency in internal projects WIKA.
WERI presence over the past year is a solution to the challenges of economic development and national construction business and regional dynamic.
The existence of Engineering R & D centered on WERI will certainly make it easier for WIKA engineers to create the latest innovations for WIKA that can help business process.
Hopefully in the future this kind of cooperation will continue to expand both in Indonesia and outside Indonesia.
