WIKA Has Reach New Contract is IDR 7, 7 Trillion
New contract target of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) has been closer at this year. Until the end of September 2009, WIKA has obtained new contract in amount of IDR 7, 7 trillion. At this year, WIKA target new contract in amount of IDR 9,4 trillion.
Most of WIKA’s new contracts come from government’s project. That contract can reach 60 % from new contract total, “Private liquidity is still limited to construct infrastructure sector at this year, said Natal Argawan Pardede Corporate Secretary of WIKA (21/10).
Natal explained that WIKA just won tender of dam construction in Jatibarang, West Java. The project’s value which owned by government is 169 billion. Last month, we obtained infrastructure project of flood digging in Kalijarang in amount of IDR 78 billion,” he said.
WIKA also obtained contract of dam construction in Cirebon, West java in amount of IDR 74 billion and construction of Bali power plant (PLTD) in Bali in amount of IDR 323 billion.
The Bali power plant is the first investment project of WIKA in energy sector whose cost from WIKA and PT Mirlindo Padu Kencana, “Our share is 70 % and PT Mirlindo is 30 %, the project will construct at this month,” he said.
WIKA also target other new contracts. Now, there are several project tenders are still on process, “We are optimistic, the target reminder of new contract in amount of IDR 1, 7 trillion can be reached in three months,” said Natal
