PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk. [WIKA] held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) 2018 Book Year held at WIKA Tower II on Monday (25/3). The EGMS was attended by all Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, along with Deputy Business Infrastructure Ministry of BUMN Hambra and accompanied by Head of KSPP 1B Division Fatur Rahman, Head of KSPP Sub-Division Seno.
At the EGM this time discussed one agenda item, namely the Management of the Company. who approved the change in management of the Company. After obtaining approval from the shareholders present, the new composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company are as follows:
