WIKA Human Resources Director: one of Indonesian winners of ?The Asia HRD Congress 2006 Awards?

Following WIKA?s achievement of six awards from Business Review in last April, WIKA HR & Development Director Tonny Warsono has been awarded ?The Asia HRD Congress 2006 Awards?. The event taking place once in a year during The Asia HRD Congress was held in Merak Room, Jakarta Convention Centre (2/5), and jointly organized by The Asia HRD Congress 2006 and LPPM.

As one of the Indonesian award recipients, PT. WIKA HR& Development Director Tonny Warsono proves his invaluable contribution to WIKA. What he has implemented in the organization fulfills the criteria to win awards from the Asia HRD Congress.

In his remark, Tonny Warsono said that his success in developing human resources at WIKA is based on ?Talent Management System?, and part of the employee inner strength. The Asia HRD Congress 2006 Awards is an accolade given to appreciate practitioners and professionals in Human Resources Development (HRD) aspect who have provided their best contribution to human resources development in an organization or other broader human resources community. The award is given to individuals whose initiatives have made significant changes in human resources development in human resources community, organization and society.
